Refund policy

Please be aware that our infinity roses are real preserved roses therefore they are a perishable item meaning that we cannot except returns.

In the unlikely event of your roses arriving damaged or wrong please email sales@jednay.com within 7 days along with an attached image of the issue, then once the roses are returned to us we will be happy to provide you with a replacement.
